A large segment of our services are provided to original equipment manufacturers and end users. Currently, we are in an accelerated growth phase in a rapidly expanding industry. We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a long-term position as Mechanical Assembly.
Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate should be solution minded, have a positive attitude, work well as a team, and have the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Successful candidates must work collaboratively with co-workers and customers, follow defined manufacturing and inventory management processes, and communicate effectively.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Panel layout and measurement
- Drilling/tapping and installation
- Component assembly/installation/population
- Panel loading
- Skid/pallet manufacture/build
- A-Frame manufacturing/build
- Panel/enclosure project shipment preparation
- Load/unload shipments
- Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve issues
Requirements/Education/Skills/Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Aptitude for learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Cultivator of team environment – enthusiasm and professionalism
- Customer focused
